Odie is a little Shihpoo born 01/07/2024 only 11.3LBS- He has an owner surrender (breeder) and needs a sweet home. This is what his foster Mom Deborah has to say about Odie:
Odie has been in our home for just 30 hours and he is adjusting very well. Did good last night in his crate. He is learning to walk on a leash, he is a fast learner. This morning he went in our backyard with our 2 big dogs and he followed them around. He has taken care all of his business on walks or in the back yard. He is eating well, not really sure about treats yet. Laying in our lap & enjoying being loved. Just since yesterday he has changed and has become more happy, content and not so timid. Gave Odie a bath today and he did very well. He is really sweet, calm but a little timid and learning to trust. He is also learning new sounds, new textures on the floor and door ways. But he is a fast study. Most of all he is just learning how to be a happy free doggie. He has been good with my two big dogs and other dogs we have met on our walks. He looks like a white teddy bear with huge eyes. His adoption fee is $980 and comes neutered, vetted and microchipped. We do not adopt to family with young children or out of State unless you have a second home in Florida. If you are a Senior please consider adopting a more mature dog. Please note, we do not get Grants so donations are the only way for us to keep rescuing. Part of the adoption will help less fortunate pets. Thanks for your understanding.
