Exceptional little one with a huge heart!!! Marcie was found on the street and in pretty bad shape. If you would have seen her leg you would have say: Oh My God. How can she walk?
We had to help her. She could not walk normally she only could stop or run and had to put her all body against a wall to be able to stay up right.
A note from her foster Mom:
Marcie has yet to meet a person, dog or cat she does not adore! She has been with her foster for almost 5 months while she has undergone extensive medical treatment including the amputation of her right back leg–but that has not slowed her down a bit. She can walk on a leash, but her favorite gear is RUN!. A fenced yard to accommodate her zoomies would be ideal. Weighing in at just under 5 lbs she is the perfect pocket pet. She loves to travel in the car, meet new people, be held, cuddling on her foster mom’s lap, sleeping on her own or snuggling in the big bed with her foster sibs. Marcie is house trained and crate trained but may not be the best candidate for connected housing as she gets verbally excited when she hears foster mom’s come home. Miss Marcie is spayed, and UTD on her vaccines. Her vet bill has been over 2K and we are only asking for a fraction of it. Please consider we could have passed on her and she would have been euthanized. You will not regret it. She is an exceptional little one. Her adoption fee is $550
We do not adopt out of State and to family with young children. Thanks for your understanding
